  • Standard Shipping (Italy Only): Delivery within 24–48 hours 

  • International Shipping: Available for select countries. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on your location.

  1. Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  2. Shipping Costs:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Italy.

  • For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  1. Order Tracking:
    After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package. You can track your order through our Order Tracking page.

🚚 Returns & Exchanges

  1. Return Policy:
    We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of your delivery date.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

  1. How to Make a Return:

  • Contact us at support@perfectsecretshop.com with your order details to initiate a return.

  • We’ll provide return instructions and a return label (if applicable).

  • Pack your items securely and drop them off at the designated shipping point.

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  1. Exchanges:
    Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for the same item if it’s in stock. Simply contact us at support@perfectsecretshop.com to start the process.

  2. Refunds:
    Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

  3. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Free Return Shipping for exchanges.

  • For standard returns, a return shipping fee of €5 will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or incorrect.
